Char Dham Yatra

Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar (205 Kms. 6 hrs)

Morning on arrival at the Airport / Railway station / Pick Up Point, Meet our representative and drive to Haridwar, on arrival Haridwar Check in Hotel. Later we shall take you for a visit to the Har-Ki-peri, enjoy the AARTI in the evening, later back to hotel for overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot (205 Kms 5 – 6 hrs)

Depart from Haridwar early morning and stop for lunch on the way in Mussoorie. Continue your journey and reach Barkot in the evening, after visiting Kempty Falls on the way. on arrival check in to the Hotel, just 1 km out of Barkot town on the Yamunotri Road, Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (32 Kms. Drive + 10 kms. Local Taxi + 6 Kms. Trek, one way)

After an early breakfast drive to Hanuman Chatti, Arrive Hanuman Chatti Take a Local Jeep to Janki Chatti, then start your trek by 06 kms. to Sri Yamunotri Ji, Arrive Sri Yamunotri Ji and take a Holy Dip in Garm Kund Pooja and Darshan of Sri Yamuna Ji, after lunch 06 Kms. trek down to Janki Chatti, arrive Janki Chatti take the Local taxi for Hanuman Chatti, on arrival Meet our Driver and drive back to Barkot. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 04: Barkot – Uttarkashi (Drive 85 kms, 4 hrs)

After a relaxed breakfast, leave for Uttarkashi, a drive of 85 kms. Enroute vist Prakateshwar Cave, on arrival Uttarkashi check in at the hotel evening visit Vishwnath Temple,

Day 05: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 Kms. one way)

Early morning drive to Gangotri and on arrival take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges, also called Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja after that and relax for some time in the lovely surroundings, afternoon drive to Uttarkashi, on arrival check into the Hotel.

Day 06: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 kms. Drive 9 – 10 hrs)

After a Very early breakfast, leave for Guptkashi. A late lunch is scheduled en route Molgarh. On the way, see the heritage city of Tehri slowly sinking into the mighty waters of the Holy River Ganges, due to the construction of the Tehri Dam. After lunch, continue your journey and today for the first time see the beautiful river Mandakini. Travel alongside the river to reach Guptakashi late in the evening, Overnight at Hotel.

Day 07: Guptakashi – Kedarnath (32 kms Drive, 14 kms trek)

After breakfast pick up your packed lunch, and leave for Gaurikund (32 kms drive-one way). On arrival start your journey on the tough Trek ahead. Stop for lunch en route and continue after that to arrive by late afternoon on arrival check in to the Tourist Bunglow/ Parmarth Ashram. After freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple.

Day 08: Kedarnath – Rudraprayag (14 Kms trek 80 kms Drive)

After breakfast start you journey back to Gaurikund and on arrival leave for Rudraprayag, on arrival check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 09: Rudraprayag – Badrinath (170 kms)

After breakfast leave for Shri Badrinath Ji. On arrival take the holy Darshan and spend time visiting Mana village -the last village before the Tibetan border, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10: Badrinath – Rudraprayag (160 kms)

Morning after Arti Darshan drive to Rudraprayag, on arrival check in at the hotel, Rudraprayag :- According to Rigveda(1017-19) after Inundation (Jalprlya) Sapt-Rishis saved their lives in the same village Mana. Besides there the roots of vedic literature seems to be originated from Garhwal because the Garhwali language has a lot of words common with sanskrit .The work place of vedic Rishis are the prominent pilgrim places in Garhwal specially in chamoli like Atrimuni Ashram in Anusuya about 25 km. from chamoli town and work place of Kashyap Rishi at Gandhmadan parwat near Badrinath. According to Aadi-Puran vedviyas scripted the story of Mahabhrat in Vyas Gufa near Badrinath. Pandukeshwar a small village situated on the Rishikesh Badrinath high-way from where Badrinath is just 25 km away is regarded as Tapsthali of king Pandu. In Kedar-khand Puran this land is regarded the land of lord Shiva. Overnight stay at hotel

Day 11: Rudraprayag – Rishikesh (135 Kms 7 hrs)

After breakfast leave for Rishikesh enroute visit Dhari Devi Temple, only 15 Kms. from Rudrapryag on the way of Rishikesh, after visit the temple drive towards Rishikesh, on the way stop for lunch at Srinagar, Continue the journey and if Time permits, visit Devprayag (The confluence of rivers Alaknanda and Bhagirathi, which become the Ganga). Reach Rishikesh in the evening to check in to Hotel. Evening visit Laxamn Jhula and Ram Jhula and see the evening Arati, Overnight at Hotel.

Day 12: Rishikesh – Delhi (234 km)

Morning after breakfast drive to Delhi, on arrival at Delhi Transfer to Airport / Railway station / Dropping Point.
